The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a large bedroom, large living room with a garden view balcony, a small kitchen and a separate bathroom. There are extensive views the Berounka river and the Beroun valley itself. Up to four people can be accommodated in the apartment.

Please note the apartment is only 25 metres from a railway line, there is a rail crossing signal close by that can be heard. The railway line isn’t that busy and only a single train route (Rakovnik/Beroun) operates on this track. If the noise is something that may bother you, then please do consider fully before making a booking. In reality the signal lasts 45 seconds with infrequent train traffic. If you are a fan of trains then perhaps this is something you’d appreciate, especially the historic trains that run over the weekend.

The apartment has its own entrance at street level and the area itself is very peaceful. Stairs take you to the apartment, please note there is no alternative to these steps so unfortunately no possibility for wheelchair access. Full central heating in every room with a powerful wood burner in the living room means you should not be getting too cold!

We hope that everything is present in the apartment that you would ever need, but please ask us in advance if you want to be sure something is present.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony. As the area is residential, the noise on the balcony must be kept to a minimum after 22:00hrs.

Access to the apartment is from 15:00hrs on your first day and when leaving, please ensure you vacate the premises by 11:00hrs.

On street parking is available or for 300kc per day, you can also use the single car garage below the apartment.
